Thema: [idea] Improvement in the "Form" question

That is the perfect example of how things are randomly distributed towards form. A player needs a certain change in it's going to get out of the bad form streak, but it's completely random, so like in your example a clear def wants to play on the wing to up in form, even though he's not really suited to play there.

@koka... this still is a game and no irl simulator. There are too many game things to compair with real life.

I doubt this game recognises pitch positions, it's only about position order [so GK/DEF/MID/ATT]

It's random, i played the same player on CB/WB (mostly def order) for years and he was always 15-18 form until this season when he dropped to 4. Now he started to climb up, but it's uncertain if he'll continue to raise him form.

I dont think form is random, it is very clear how some players are good in form, some others are really bad and a lost of money. I ythink we just say it is random because there is nothing clear and extremes are most common than middle values.

For example this is one of my beloved players. I try to take care of him on many ways (minutes played, # matches per week when I had campiions, cup and NT, position change week after week and so on...)

This guy has always remained available to play, If it was random he should have some "bad seasons" as people say here, right?
The low values (0) are not updated weeks, and the drops most of them were comming when many matches per week or injuries, but I dont have the data to show and compare

Anyway just wanted to share this and say extreme form must be mitigated and we should have a more clear understanding of form

Why not give the possibility of training form as an option in advanced training?
Leaving each manager with the possibility of increasing the form by paying with training.
