Thema: [GD] Injuries
Luck is a huge factor. I had seasons with 0-1 injuries, I had moments when I had 3-4 injured players at the same time.
100% this. Not only this, but who gets injured, and how long, too.
I have a friend in USA A3 who has gotten more goalie injuries in 2 seasons than most people in 10. It's unreal. Then I played him in a 'safe' friendly (which of course, is not safe for the goalkeeper, but it was offseason, he had to play) and then my guy got hurt too, lmao.
Dude is cursed with goalies.

He is playing 3 matches per week don't expect any better, You could've saved few of your starters vs 18 rating cup opponent with very bad pitch
we've been complaining about the away host for as long as this game existed. It's not changing.
Its financial issue - host for seeded teams means much more ticket incomes so inflation.
Also it would make the draw too important factor for beginners - drawing top team would be substantial income advantage over other new teams.
I would keep the current home/away system but with additional requirment - minimum 50% pitch condition or you lose the host (and lose the income at all otherwise small teams would be encouraged to deliberately reduce pitch %)

But new teams also likely can't afford to have good pitches, so taking away their money isn't useful either.
Who has home game is also an issue. Imagine the 1st seed in Poland. Not only do they already have an advantage with fanclub members and therefore attendances, but by being in a big nation, they get more rounds than the smallest nation, who doesn't have the advantage of high fanclub members no matter how good they are.
In the end it just points to the biggest issue in this game, sponsorship and attendances being linked to the fanclub members, which is influenced heavily by those around you whose fanclub members are directly linked to number of long term teams playing the game

Injuries are very low. We want more injuries. It will make a great contribution to the sadistic system you have established.
A quick glance at your squad suggests to me that you're generally a bit on the lucky side as regards frequency and length of injuries.
Injuries are a nuisance, yes. But what system would you like? Only injuries that are gone before the next match?

There should be injuries lasting 5 months and even the player should quit football
Like this player. Just came back from a months injury. Now he's injured another month. So yeah, you're one of the lucky ones.

Speaking of injuries, wouldn't it be more convenient for injured players to receive on Thursday the training they have generated with the minutes played? For example, when a player gets injured in the league match on Wednesday and you don't check if you have injured players cause you can't login, you could be missing out on advanced training for a player who might have played 150 minutes in official matches.
Realistically, that player has made progress that week, even though now with the injury they will miss some minutes which will hinder their development.
