Borkos are you saying the difference between 3 x Unearthly assistants & 3 x Brilliant is small, how small? i thought the difference between 2 unearthly and 1 magical assistant vs 3 x Unearthly is tiny, but how tiny? say 0.33% or 1%?

small is relative... But you can see the difference in the training intensity scale % on your training page under training reports and then details.
I have 3 magical assistants and they give 87% effectiveness, where my unearthly headcoach gives 94%. So I recon you must see it as a whole...
3x unearthly will be 94%, 3x magical = 87%, then 3x brilliant will be 80%...BUT only for your assistants...

3 brilliant makes 82% in the training details page. The real impact of the differences between the assistant coach levels depends, of course, on how much the assistants actually influence the training calculation. The smaller the influence, the smaller the impact. I don't know if anyone has tried to investigate this, but given the high cost of unearthly coaches, I too believe that the benefit is too small for most managers.

Got ya, ok, well just played about and it'd 1% difference 2 x unearthly 1 x magical but how much that influences maybe 50% of that? who knows?

for me 3 x unearthly = 93%
2 x Unearthly 1 x Magical = 92%

Weren't Divine or another word trainer above unearthly coming out soon?

I'm saying I could afford 5x unearthly and there's no way I'm going over 3x brilliant for assistants, because that's just burning money in my opinion

@Dtox9
But you can see the difference in the training intensity scale % on your training page under training reports and then details.

that's a pointless information created by coders who don't know the game, it's just a % based on average level of assistants... so it shows you exactly what you already knew - that you have 14/16, 15/16 or 16/16...or whatever average of your assistants
2024-08-25 17:08:16
for me 3 x unearthly = 93%
2 x Unearthly 1 x Magical = 92%

no way it works that way

the actual difference between 3x 14 and 3x 16 is probably minimal, not noticeable
2024-08-25 17:16:55
The difference is so negligible that no-one has noticed it. What is noticeable is the extra 75 000 $ a week it'll cost to go from 3xBrilliant to 3xUnearthly

Thing is...one nagical coach can be better than another. Decimals count also.
Therefor it's good to check how good your trainers are on that page.
2024-08-25 22:08:52
It would be good to check, if the page would actually display/count in the decimals, which it does not.

Did any of the panicked managers read the announcement below ( like very important thing % of CHANCES of your coaches to retire):

Some statistics:

• There are more than 15,000 coaches aged 60+ in active teams
• In the simulation we ran, we came up with the following results:
o Of the coaches aged 60-64, less than 5% have made the decision to retire
o For the ones aged 65-69, it was already about one/third
o For those aged 70+, it was already around 70%

Meaning even a 100 + aged coach might not retire after the new season..and even then you ave 1 whole season to think how to get a new one.

I think it does, cause I saw a difference in % when I switched 1 magical assistant with another. Or...that was a bug back then and I was mislead...I don't know.
2024-08-26 11:25:05
Not a bug, % is sum of skills, not overall level.
2024-08-26 12:08:41
Ok, but still...not all magical coaches are equal, so it's nice that you can see how the difference works, right?
2024-08-26 12:29:40
What do you mean by "see how difference works"? You can't really see it in any way
2024-08-26 12:36:55
If you change 2 magical coaches with each other and their skillsum is different, then you can see it.
You can check it manually, by calculating every skill too, but this is easier.
