I see this as an immersive change which makes the job as manager more challenging. However, I really feel sorry for all those managers who have 5 coaches above 90y old, who will 100% need to replace them by the end of next season! Go figure having worked towards a staff that costed you 30M and see them all vaporise within thin air in 1 season.
I recon the right thing to do is to pull back all coaches ages to max 60y this one time! Cause I see this feature pulling the plug out of lots of managers who are playing the game solely for training. I get that playing for results should be promoted, but that means that you must first make that part of the game far more attractive! This feature is good, but if it stays like this I can see a huge mass leaving the game. I hope I'm wrong, but figure them just investing in stadium and trainees and / or A-team players and they see their team falling apart from the inside and there's nothing they can do.
Like I said. This is a good change, BUT extra precautions must be made imo!

There were unearthly coaches this season on TL (over 90yo) and prices were above 5 mln €…

Go figure...

BTW, my stadium is 52.000 cap, but I had many times that it was almost full at 51.999. Is this any bug or something?

The truth is that I agree with those who say about lowering the age of all DTs. Many users have been playing for a long time and have had DTs for a long time and this measure fully affects us. I show you my case, everyone would be able to retire. Even 1 could have already retired twice at the age of 124. There are many more like my case.

I meant that, for replacing Coaches, Users will "Play the Lottery" more often. And some of those tries will end in the TL. That may increase the quantity of available coaches.

Nothing has changed in terms of the chances of obtaining a coach level. The reform will be done on the first day of the new season. But the age range in the form should be changed earlier, the disposition has been submitted to the dev, I do not know when exactly it will be implemented, but it is possible even today.

I have many, many doubts that what you say is true, I have changed dts on several occasions and I have the scheme written down how to do that and the probability until today was always at least 2 of 10 requests being magic level, and 3 came out over 60 years old , which I understand, the ages are still not regulated, but well, everything in Sokker is now a black box, with a very dark future.

Since I don't have money I wanted to take a shot at recruiting a coach to maximize my skills, and I ended up being an incredible 52 years old. I've never had any luck, and I've spent a lot of money on it. I will wait until they retire and in that case I will stay with the coach who leaves but without setting requirements because it is a lottery any type of coach comes out and he may even be close to retirement age.
