For me the solution always leads to the same.

Lack of good juniors makes all the money goes to the youngest players market. Then, oldest are cheaper.

if you want to train a 25+ yo player, most probably you will lose money, then you dont want to waste your training slot and end bidding on thu u21 market.

If you want to win and train, you have to sacrifice. Yes, I agree, but now this is totally unbalanced

Top league clubs should be able to train players above 25 yo and get and make profits.
But the market would say that these profits are less than mid level leagues where can be trained from 21 to 23
And still this profits should be less than low level leagues where u can train u21

This is the logic I follow on training / profits / winning. But the market is broken

And I’m saying giving full training without it playing is not the way. I don’t know the solution but it’s not this. You’ll never convince me it is the solution

They have to play, as I Just said.
But 85% for playing must be 96% at least without being forced to let them play in 1st team.

There are a lot managers in top ( they want to win and mostly leave sokker after that)that dont train youngsters and they will win most of the time.
So not fair for hard workers that want to stay, they have to use trainees in their 1st team.

If it is so hard to understand that someone who win 15M and spend 10M is not richer than someone who win 10M but spend only 1M , i give up...

You earlier said you wanted it split from competitive matches, so what it is? Have more friendlies?
2024-03-12 14:04:41
This is 1 solution indeed or 96% training instead of 85% in a friendly.
Now it wont look logic, but it us better as a broken system.
Maybe we have to think about other solutions.

But look at Raul team, if he can stay competitive with 11 players in his team, then You can also do it!

Oh wait, he is being demoted....
2024-03-12 14:09:28
That would change if you could get training without using them in competitive matches. You’d suddenly be able to make more money off training whilst still winning or being above others. You haven’t factored any of that into your “maths”. You could be right as I haven’t done the maths as I don’t have the numbers since I’m not in that position but I’d be highly surprised if once you factored in training with not having official matches as a requirement if you’re still being left behind by those squatting and accumulating income.

Now you can training only 10 players. Before yes, it was a problemo because you could put in the field in every game another training squad.
2024-03-12 14:11:54
Yeah I think other solutions was my point I was getting too. I know you don’t get rewarded for trying to win and you should be incentivised to be competitive. However it can’t be at the expense of other teams trying to catch up.

Nobody is forcing you to sell all your players. You can easily replace 2 or 3 players per season and stay mid table. But no you guys are not happy with that you want to compete for championship every single season which is not possible. You are moaning you can t compete every season for the rest of your life whilst new users quit the game because after a month because the rules are too complicated for them and nobody bother to simplify it for them. When it comes to injuries we have the sams usual suspects. Same users come here and moan. I play my youth once a week and I don t get any injuries. People want 100% training, play their players 3 games a week and when they get injured they start moaning. Ok, sometimes you get a player that is prone to injuries but thats like in RL. There are players who in the last 3 seasons played 20 games because of injuries. The only thing I would change is the youth system. Raul is saying there are too many good academy players. If there are that many why 16 years old players are sold for 10 million euros? Another thing is for whatever reason the same users get the good academy players whilst others don t even get their money back.

But it’s not rotation

It’s playing for 2-5 seasons and then NOT playing for 10 seasons, only training and making money

While most people still don’t go up because they don’t know how to play / don’t want to make money, so they just stay at same average level forever, using only sponsor/ticket money

Most top teams in Poland are the same, just changing when they stop playing and start training… or when they simply stop playing :)

The situation is terrible but it’s even worse that there is clearly no idea how to change it for better, if anything it will change for worse

There are many roads to Rome and you have only named one of them.
That is far too little in my opinion!
There are many strategies to achieve success and you have to work on it with interest,
as success cannot be created out of nothing!!!

And if the sistem is killing the top league the new users will know to play better this game:))) or those who didnt know to play for 5-10 years will start play like Gods:))

Maybe we should the fix corner tactics problem so that we can still get fun even with a Young team, and that has an easy solution: make the injury chance to be equal to all the 22 players playing a match

Or the other way around: make the training effectiveness depend on the activity. But this could have some weird effects

And, since both solutions would increase the number of Young players injured, make something to not punish them so much, like letting them train the minutes played even if they got an injury

Those at the top will cherry pick all the best trainees and will therefore earn the most profit from reselling

that's the biggest misconception of people who don't make money

you don't make money on best youths, those actually often LOSE value or have same value after x seasons of selling

you make best money on relatively cheep (0.5-2.5m euro) youths

the biggest resource in making money is NOT 100m euro in the bank, the best resource are: 10 training slots filled with youths + giving every trained youth at least 96% of training every week
