this international cup sounds interesting

you know I said I would vote for form - but maybe form can be changed without huge effort? A Gaussian distribution around form 12 would be good enough, just to stop players keeping low form for seasons.

So you want people to train their 16-20yo players where…?

In league? Or international league?

Again… first you want to make them game more competitive, then you make changes/plan changes that makes it less possible to concentrate on competitive playing

skills reform - extending (or rescalling) to 20 skills model & maybe some other ideas to avoid multidevine players.

Well, with shorter seasons with level 18 skills option, isn't easy too now. Espeacially when we need to buy and train juniors from less nations.
With level 20 skills model would be good for the larger number of nations. The countries with less manager pull up rarely and less quality juniors. The race or distance between the National teams would be bigger.

The youth school system, and the form reform is a good priority.

Please keep in mind to develop the topic of national teams a little.

This season I was able to confirm it with one of my players, eliminating the training in U21 and NT friendlies was disastrous, I honestly think that you did not evaluate the relevance that you took away from this issue.

This seasons the contribution for the summoned players was null

Glad to hear the community is involved :D

I will wait for more info before voting but competition reform and youth improvements sound most interesting to me

(And let's make a forum poll to vote officially)

For me the competition reform is not interesting unless they make some changes in the training system.

I have bought bunch of young players and because I wanted to give them a proper training my team relegated from the 1st to 3rd division. If they create an international cup I will not play it competitively because I will only see it as an opportunity for young players to get training minutes

I feel the game is broken due to economy. And economy is broken dut to lack of good juniors. Not sure if it is needed a full "youth academy reform" but we need more useful youths comming out from academy and/or the skills distribution not as bad as it is today, which makes a youth academy profitable just because of luck, crazy profitability vs 0 profitability

I would vote for the new youth academy system.

exactly as it is now - international league is just a replacement of national cup, it would work the same - is someone would treat it only for training - thats fine, will be eliminated (but still get official games training, at least 6) - then will go into friendlies.

But for small nations it will be a chance to compete with other countries, boost ranking points and finances.
You can pick what is your priority, league or international.

In the same time national cup would be pure results playing, so - improvement.
