Sad moment. I don't like Inter, but I respect Zanetti very much, the same way I respected Maldini.

Yes, a it sad, but at the same time it is comforting that it ended well, rounding an outstanding career.

I was thinking whether you could fill a team like this, let's say Shilton as GK, Maldini and Zanetti on the wingbacks... Roger Milla and Romario up front? :P

you can add Giggs...and Sheringham, Pirlo, Totti:P

Oh you're right, Giggs was an obvious one. 2 decades in the same team as well, much more fitting than Romario, perhaps even Pirlo. Baresi as centre-back as well.
Totti is en route to make it to this team, clearly :P
