4-5 players mean you have serious problem but that wont help you too.
England - Poland. Can see an extra high police presence in Boston & Spalding coming on those days.
The best thing is that our 'real' NT players don't want foreigners. We have a dumbass coach though...
@astonp
He he I bet that you'll see a lot of Poles :)
I wonder how many English will come to Poland, probably Warsaw :P

Now it might even be 4/5 foreigners
Foreigners as in they aren't born in Poland and never lived there?

That's what you like. I like my club and it's nice to watch the Dutch national team a few times a year, so for me it's the other way around. And I won't like it if FC Utrecht players are used for their national team to often and therefore can't play in the FC Utrecht team, or worse, get injured in the national team. We bought them so I want to see them play :)

Well...it's difficult. It's exactly the case with Obraniak - born near Metz, never been in Poland before NT called him, his grandfather was Polish. At least he said from the beginning that he wants to play for Poland, unlike other Polish-French players who didn't want to state, always dodging the questions...
Arboleda - no Polish origins, came here 5 years ago and some people want him in NT, he says he deserves to play for our NT...[']
Boenisch and Polanski were born in Poland. Both left as kids [2-3yo]. Both played for German youth national teams, both said that ONLY Germany matters and they are ONLY German. Suddenly when it became obvious that they won't make it in German NT, they decided to become Polish and play for Poland.
Please tell me - how can I support this team? It's not Poland, it's a mixture of nationalities...

I can sing the national anthem of USA, that doesn't make me US citizen though...
yeahh..that's really a problem for the people of one country right now. to see lot of half-foreigner (the one who still have blood relative) nor a complete foreigner playing for their NT.
here in south-east asia, you can take a look at singapore NT. more than half of their squad are foreigners. they came from serbia, nigeria, england, etc. for me, each time our NT playing against them makes me wonder, is it the future of international football? a NT squad full of a complete foreigner. yes, it's a short-cut to achieve something but really? if this thing continue, someday we will see a NT of one country with half of their players are from brasil, argentina, or africans..
as for indonesia NT it self, it's already become a public debate since last year. some people want to see the NT to achieve something as soon as possible, the rest want to keep the "pride" of the nation.
and since then, there's one foreigner in our squad from naturalization program. he's from uruguay, have been playing in indonesia for 7-8 years and have an indonesian wife. and now with the successful of getting a player like him but also to avoid more controversy, the FA of Indonesia trying to get european players who have an indonesian descend (mostly from netherland). they are too late to get radja nainggolan, but have a success with irfan bachdim and now trying to get some players from netherland's eredivisie and eerste divisie.

Nainggolan is from Belgium, not the Netherlands ;-) And he never lived in Indonesia, why should he play for Indonesia then?
very weird,Poland bring Olisadebe in Poland squad,but refuse to do the same thing with Podolski
Exactly. I even remember that Qatar was paying players to represent them. Sick.
@Head
Well Podolski wasn't that known then and asked our Football Association to call him and check him. They refused so when 2 years later Germany sent him an official invitation he accepted it...I have nothing against him.

We have a player (Mémé Tchité) who want to play for Belgium (he has the Belgian nationality, but he has three other nationalities too: Congo, Burundi and Rwanda), but can't play for Belgium because he used to play for the youth teams of Burundi, then changed his 'FIFA-nationality' to Rwanda, but never played for Rwanda. Now he cannot 'change' his 'FIFA-nationality' to Belgium anymore, he can only play for Rwanda (although he has never played for Rwanda, and has never played a senior match for any country) but he refuses to do so. True story, 4 nationalities.
Nice. I know that Thiago Alcantara has three - Brasilian, Italian and Spanish.
Well, his parents are from Congo and Rwanda, and he grew up in Burundi. He became Belgian by the way when he didn't live in Belgium anymore ... Weird.
because radja nainggolan father is indonesian. his family name is nainggolan, a family name from Medan, North Sumatera province in Indonesia. since indonesia take a patrilineal system, thus he could playing for indonesia NT. but we were too late to approach him and we are not allow a dual citizenship too.
and yes, because of that he choose belgium :)
@borkos: yes, qatar did the same thing as singapore NT. but singapore NT is really a joke (at least for me and most of south east asia country), as more than half of their main squad are a foreigner..
