now, let´s face it, bilbao´s defense is on the edge all the time! atlético de madrid had many extremely dangerous counter attacks all along this first 45... I hope Bielsa will talk seriously or this is gonna end 5-0 or something.

I'm sad, Athlethic Bilbao was the underdog but really enchanted during this season I think they deserved more in the season

they played awfull today... the defense was the worst I see in many finals...TOO BAD.

and of course they were not lucky at all... in the second half they deserved the goal, but there was no way to that ball to enter.

I think there wasnt a real underdog if you see what teams both eliminated.

Bilbao propably was the most attractive team of the tournament but today Atletico was stronger and deserved to win.

Simeone was tactically better today, which is...well...weird considering he faced Bielsa. I think that Bielsa might've underestimated Simeone...

nice defensive tactic, counters with 2-4 players for most of the time and that was enough to stop 'little Barca' - I think that Bielsa didn't watch the Barca-Chelsea games too closely

Bilbao has very nice players in offence, good technical dribblers who connect nicely with each other...but even most gifted players need space, Athletico should've played more defensively since the beginning, open attack was a suicidal tactic against Atletico today.

All in all, a very entertaining final, but not really impressive if you know what I mean.
