The second-to-last relevant competition of all the confederations:

Started off Sunday with two overwhelming 5-0 victories of Costa Rica and Mexico over Cuba and El Salvador respectively. Jamaica crushed 4-0 to the Grenada team, and Honduras and Guatemala drew 0-0. Yesterday the United States defeated 2-0 to the canadiens and Panama defeated the French overseas department of Guadeloupe.

Personally, i think the United States will win the Gold Cup. They're the strongest team in the region.

USA-Mexico in final :)

I don't know too many of the teams well, but Costa Rica has a couple of good players in the Danish league (Bolanos and Oviedo) so I hope that they'll advance. But Mexico and USA are probably the two best teams by large.

I saw the Costa Rica - Cuba game, i was impressed with costa rica, they do have some nice players like Bryan Ruiz and Oviedo as you say :)

but cuba were terrible! and most their players were african..

The only thing i expect from the Cubans is how many players are going to defect on the tournament. :P
