Really not surprised that Kilmarnock 'abstained', just trying to be nice I suppose.

Guaranteed to happen, no doubt they'll be in the Third Division this coming season, even Big Sally wants them there.

Bye bye SPL, no Old Firm and the bottom falls out. Celtic and Rangers' TV money was the only thing keeping the league going - it'll be like the Welsh Premier within 20 years.

I wouldn't say it's that bad, the TV money will continue - well, Sky have said they'll keep the deal going, not sure about ESPN - as will Celtic.

As for Celtic, though, they sincerely need Champions League football this season.

They've won the league, but the only games anyone will be interested in watching on TV are Celtic games, and everyone knows Celtic will win. The TV revenue for the smaller sides will decrease, and I think that you'll end up with the Welsh Premier-esque semi-pro sides.

If the money's going to be going down; Celtic (having been crowned 12/13 Champions) will be getting the same slice from a smaller pie. Meanwhile, the smaller teams will be getting a bigger slice (I'm pretty sure there's a 50% spike in the SPL prize money between 3rd and 2nd) from the same wee pie.

Basically, what I'm saying here... Ra Cellic are a big bunch of big pies.

Whoa there. What's this about smaller teams getting a bigger slice of the pie? Don't like the sound of that! Also sky have sent me a letter saying they are increasing the costs for the sports by £1.50 a month. I expect that money to go straight to Celtic Fc.

The best news ive heard in yers that rangers are in the 3rd, and they think there hard done by, what a pile of pish! They would have pissed off to the atlantic or english league if they could, do you think they would have worried what the rest the rest of scotland thought then, ehhhm no!
Take there titles off them and the fac t they reached a european final due to cheating is disgusting!

Ps the best thing for the SPL is SKY to f-off as the crap amount the rest got wasnt a great deal, here,s hoping that finally a great season and not the two wegian clubs.
