Ziegler was bought for Del Neri last winter (that's why his transfer to lazio, already signed, was cancelled), they signed him on january as he was at the end of his contract with Sampdoria and Samp could have sold him to lazio earning few moneys or keep him till june with juve signing him for free and they've choosen to keep him trying to remain in serie a

conte always said he want a good defending sideback, someone blocked on defense as he wouldn't have a mid to help him, ziegler can't defend...it's 2 months since I say ziegler is another motta

from my point of wiew selling ziegler earning 4-5M in 2 months...that's a good news!

you can't blame on conte if marotta buys players before getting a coach and then choose a coach that doesn't fits with juve players

Yeah, but good luck with playing De Ceglie or Grosso out there. De Ceglie doesn't defend as well.

Fossati is really nice, together with Beretta, Ely and Ganz possibly the biggest prospects of ACM Primavera. And young Boateng...

what's up with Beretta anyway? He is on loan somewhere? Same with Albertazzi, De Vito, Di Gennaro...I thought that they will be quite interesting players...

More than just rumors but still not official news:

we bought Elia (9mln+1mln bonus); we're selling pepe to zenit (9mln) and buying farfan from schalke; trying to selling amauri and iaquinta (fiorentina, genoa, marseille or galatasaray for amauri and st.etienne, celtic, espanyol, lille or sunderland for iaquinta); ziegler doen't want a move to trabzonspor and sorensen, giandonato and pasquato will be loaned out with marrone remaining (if we play 433 then we need at least 5 mid pirlo, vidal, marchisio, pazienza and marrone), the centre back could be astori or gastaldello

just wait tomorrow, if it's gonna be like that you're free to get mad :)

I like these news, except for Elia - I will never support him even if he will be the best player for Juve after what he said few weeks ago ["Juve is no better than HSV, I wouldn't go there even if they wanted"]. I find Farfan a very interesting prospect and he should give some quality on Krasic's position...I hope. I also hope that Ziegler will stay, he might be average now, but he can do great things. If not - a decent reserve player for next season.

Iaquinta - I love that guy, I know that he is one of few who really gives his heart and power to the team. A real diamond for every team, he is just too destroyed by all the injuries...I wish him best and I always will. I still remember his amazing goals for the team and the numerous kilometeres that he made during games. He had less skill than Amauri, but he had a big heart, which Amauri lacked.

If you ask me, the big Juve of the 90's wasn't based purely on skill, no. It was based on good heart, heart of fighters. Nedved, Camoranesi, Del Piero etc - and especially Tachhinardi. had what is most important. Even Ibra had it, though it was overshadowed by his ego.

Imagine Nedved who was more lazy, who didn't fight for every ball, who would give up early. It would be 25% of the real Nedved, I'm sure of that.

I see no heart in Krasic, Elia, Bonucci and Vucinic. I admire Mirko's skill, but he doesn't have the proper heart in my opinion. Chiellini had it, but he lost it somewhere in last seasons...

I can see a fighter in Lichtsteiner and he might become my favourite player of Juve. Previously it was Melo - I know he made many mistakes, sometimes even stupid. But his heart was all for the club and supporters, you won't find many players like him. I can see a bit of it in Marchisio, but he has to develop more of it...

As for Marrone, I think that he can be a good player in the future. Maybe even the level of Marchisio.

About the central back...I'm disappointed. Astori is a good player, but not good enough for first team.

If I were to choose 3 players to sell from current team, I would sell Bonucci and Krasic - their value will go down with every season - and Pepe. Pepe is not bad and has good heart, but ~9m for him is good business and we can get someone better than him.
