He's perfect if you can afford him.
2009-12-17 12:10:22
yup I can afford him, but what I can't afford is brilliant+ 3 assistant coaches. I think it will take me more than a season to afford that
2009-12-17 13:09:32
i have been playing many seasons and still only have 3x formidable assistants... i would say that 3 x formidable would be more than enough for you.
2009-12-19 21:29:07
thanks, then I'll hire 3 formidable assistants
2009-12-19 22:13:15
In case no one has already told you... TRy and figure out the lowest wage that Formidable coaches get paid, and use that to get the lowest wages possible
2009-12-20 18:08:16
thanks, I'll try to find formidable trainers on transfer and compare it

whats the advantage of being in junior league? I just signed in junior league and I have upcoming matches, if I decide not to be part of it. does this mean that my players will receive less training?
2009-12-24 14:10:41
From the news.

. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you. If a junior does not play in a match it does not affect his training - he will still get full training.

Thats been a bit annoying, as now i fire no-one, because a tragic could become an amazing player overnight.
2010-01-06 14:48:14
I don't think it would be that dramatic. Way I read things is the level will be at most a few levels different. I can't see a tragic in junior squad being what what of been a divine for instance.
2010-01-06 14:53:09
No, but a tragic, who could be at best, umm... incredible with constant three day talent and first week pop, I think. Now, that tragic player could beactually, and this would surface next week, leaving eleven pops, putting that person at magical or so, making a large difference, especially as most people would previously fire the tragic player, and this could be repeated at high skills such as good to weak and such. So no-one gets sacked, junior school clog up, etc.
2010-01-06 15:53:56
Yup my players can go up and down by three levels so now I don`t fire many players now. 28-30 players in the squad for weeks now...
2010-01-06 16:04:20
It's stupidity. It's almost as if they have form.
2010-01-22 12:31:40
BUMP! BUMP! CRASH!
2010-01-22 14:20:19
yep! sounds like dylanos...
2010-01-23 14:21:51
if a junior player reaches excellent skill level and still has couple of weeks left till pull, will he still receive training on other skills in junior school/?
