He popped from good to solid in 4 weeks?

That is superb talent with that coach. I guess it can`t go better than this.
2009-11-28 15:46:32
yup. I'm 100% sure, I was keeping a track of it. he popped from inadequate to good in 1 week and from good to solid in 4. whats the recommended coach I can get and how much will it cost me? write now I'm only down -200k evro and maybe I can afford it
2009-11-28 18:46:46
Leave your coach alone imo, it seems as if you are stretching your finances already.
2009-11-28 22:50:40
yea...last week I was almost down -500k but player I pulled from junior school saved me, or I'd be forced to sell my trainees. all the money goes to coach wages, and I need them to train my players properly. I have pretty good junior players and they are losing training points because of outstanding coach. I have 11 place in my junior school for players, how many places in junior school normal clubs usually have? I think I have to increase it later
2009-11-28 22:57:51
your juniors will be on average much more valuable as they come from a very small country which means people willing to pay more for them, i suggest you invest in the school with the max nr of juniors and the best coach you can afford

thanks

whats the best skills coach needs to have when you train Shooting?
1. uneartly shooting'
what else? also if he has high skills in stamina, does this mean that my players will have better stamina?
2009-12-06 18:17:26
unearthly tech and pace are useful (if you can afford) - you maximise the chances of randoms in the other 2 main skills for attackers, and don't have to swap coaches as you switch between training the attacker skills.
2009-12-06 18:57:02
also if he has high skills in stamina, does this mean that my players will have better stamina?

it will mean less chance of drops in the season, a chance of some random stamina pops (if high enough), and if high enough (brilliant +) you won't need to get a stamina coach for the off season
2009-12-06 19:39:39
thanks steelers, dylonos
so I do need to hire stamina coach during this break, at least for 1 game, since my players have very low stamina. regarding to unearthly tech and pace coach, I hope I can afford it for next season, since I want my players to train fullest.
2009-12-13 12:40:21
is there a big difference between having 3 good assistant coaches and 3 brilliant?
2009-12-13 13:32:37
probably - no one has quantified it though
2009-12-14 17:11:53
what kind of assistant coaches would you recommend? I have 3 assistant coaches, they are good, adequate and good.
2009-12-15 18:33:37
that's a good start
when you have wealth upgrade to 3 formidables or something

I would prioritise the headcoach though
2009-12-16 21:01:15
my head coach is okay. I'm training Strikers...

magical of stamina average of keeper
unearthly of pace average of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
outstanding of passing unearthly of striker

I just want to make sure that my players will get best training
2009-12-17 10:57:06
He's perfect if you can afford him.
