I hired solid junior coach. its enough right?
2009-09-29 15:16:09
better than nothing
if you get any youths with potential perhaps formidable is better if affordable

Well, no:)

Even a newbie should afford excellent-formidable. But pulling one with low wage is gamble. At the moment I suggest keeping the solid one. If you aren`t losing much money every week, then upgrade your junior coach. But don`t do it until you have decent juniors.

You can post your juniors here every week if you need any help.

I think I have a winner
Gulverd Khvadagiani adequate 33

other juniors also might be good
Givi Sabinin adequate 19
Amiran Barkalaia adequate 12

and this one I'm not sure
Guram Todua adequate 3

so what type of junior coach I should hire now?

Keep all of them. They all are good.

Todua should be kept because he might come out as a 16y old.

Keep all and increase the places of your junior school.

Anyway, observe how fast they will pop. I suggest some assistant program.

I still need a decent junior coach. my balance is -200k euro, but I'm done with buying trainees and I really want to have nice junior coach
I also have a question about how to study opponent
I go to match report and I see passing, defense and shooting rating, but I don't see midfield rating.

How much money you lose every week without a home game?

Excellent or formidable junior coach is enough for beginning.

I go to match report and I see passing, defense and shooting rating, but I don't see midfield rating.

I guess passing is related with midfield.

You can study your opponent by looking his matches, unfortunately without a plus it´s not possible. However just by looking the the formation is also a big help and gives you ideas which tactic to use.

Now you should start learning how to make tactics.

actually I watched the way other people make tactics on youtube, tried one but ended up with disaster, even tho my ball possession was better and had other better ratings I lost 3-0

what is the most important skill(s) for Forward other than shooting?
2009-10-14 19:02:30
A very debatable subject; personally, technique.
2009-10-14 19:08:49
and I guess after Playmaking, passing is most important skill for Inner ?!
2009-10-14 19:12:38
What's an "Inner"? MID or ATT? Probably, is the answer to your question.
2009-10-14 19:54:48

Firstly forget that this game is not hattrick if you have played it. So definitely don`t do the mistake of preferring playmaking to passing. Everything should be balanced. They also need technique and pace and defense as a bonus.
2009-10-15 16:10:22
ye sorry, middle fielder is called Inner in Hattrick. so main skill for MID is passing? well I'm still sticking to the plan of training shooting, but I'm not sure how long I need to train in order to make most profit. I have 18 years old pretty weak trainees but if I train them till 21 I don't think it will matter, cause they must be quite expensive even tho, their skill is only "good" now
edit: I also have question about increasing stadium places. I don't have enough cash to increase its size now, but what would you recommend to increase first?
(Edith war hier)

don't increase stadium size until later - trainees are more important

Midfielders need a balance of passing, tech, pm and pace with defence also very important
