Thema: NT Elections

Hi all (sorry never know where is best to post this sort of stuff)
trying to test myself after a few seasons getting to grips with sokker, and want to try my hand at an u21 NT job (as im on here all the time too so gives me something else to do!) ive applied for a lowly ranked nation as a starting point but there are very few users on here from that country. if im right in thinking only national origin players can vote, what happens in the event nobody votes at all? thanks
