currently have, 1 excellent 1 very good and 2 solid coaches

e.g if i set Def to train Pace and Mids to train Passing.. But my head coach has high level pace but low passing will it negatively impact on my Mids as his passing stat is low.

Yes it will impact as it always looks at the specific skill level in your head coach

General appraisal is used for assistants and junior school coach.

do you get any sort of bonus or extra finances for promotion? i know there are playoff games soon so i guess any extra would come after that/next week?
