Why did I received less sponsor bonus this week when my fan mood improved this week from last week?

I don't get it, I thought sponsor bonus have always been related to fan mood only, the higher the fan mood the more sponsorship bonus will be. This has left me thinking what else is it related to?

It's relative to the other teams in your league. There is a new team in yours.

But its in the middle of the season. What effect the new team had would have taken affect at the beginning of the season surely.

Last week I got 10K more when my fan morale was one step lower then this week.

It depends on the rank of all the opponents in your league - as gibbage says - so when a new team joins, their rank is low, therefore lowering the sponsorship money for everyone in the league.

You're not making sense, the season has already started. Any effect would have taken place at the start of the season not after few games.

A new team is reset and fresh, and will be no doubt worse than what was there before, hence the reduction. The new team didn't come in at the start of the season.

Your sponsorship payments are paid weekly are they not? The calculation that is made is also done weekly, and dependant on the rank of the teams in your league.

LOL, I just realised a team in our league have been replaced by a new team, I didn't realised that because I didn't know it can happen during a season, hence why I was confused previously. It looks like 'rampant rovers'' left the league, how is that possible? did the person closed the account or something or barred even?

OK, I get it now.

Probably just didn't log in after a period of time and turned bot. And then someone else signed up and took over this team.
