I want to start a friendly match with ten players for the reason two of my players are injured and I want to leave one of my players out as he had already played a full match in a league game.
What would happen if I do that? will I lose the match by default (lose 5-0) and not receive any training for my players?

It's fewer than 10 , and it's 5-0 loss i thought it was fewer than 9 but it's under rules then 'match'

An alternative would be to buy a player in the market. Should find any number for £2 to fill the spot.
