love your sense of humour! instead of venting about the poor junior turnout you got this saturday and his quality. :)
I do have a junior coach (outstanding). I had the places set at 6 and prior to Saturday I only had 2 juniors, so that's ok too isn't it? I just think I've had a poor 2 weeks. I can't expect to get amazing turnout and players every week. But, now and again would be nice ;-)
Lol, well, getting upset about it is pointless. Tbh, I view this aspect of the game as "anything decent is a bonus" and to just expect to get dross so much like the lottery ;-)
Agreed.... I got 4 tragics, and 1 unsatisfactory and 4 were 18... sacked them all and just hope I get better Juniors showing up next week.

woohoo, 4 little blighters turned up today, the word is finally getting out :-)
Erm, ok, the fun now begins ;-) I'm up to 11 juniors (just in time!) and have been accepted into a Junior league. Any advice from here on in would be greatly appreciated ... thanks. Btw, if a 16 yr old is rated as adequate are they any good?
No advice here. Just make sure you remember to reset your team as players get sacked/promoted.
Still no idea what a good tactic looks like for the nippers. I just made it back in the Junior Divison II for the second time by a single point.
As for is that last guy any good. Generally speaking, a good start, but how many weeks left? The problem is all players and juniors will age next week, so if he has say 3 weeks left he won't be worth keeping. 15/20+ weeks he will.
