Thema: best attributes for a winger

a simple question I hope
What are the best attributes for a winger? Hoping to buy one in transfer market but not sure what to look out for when it comes to the mix of ratings. Good playmaking and striker ratings? technique and pace?

normally we argue wingers are fast players who receive the ball from others e.g. from throw ins, then can belt down a wing, then cross the ball to a striker, so defence and striker are less critical.
