SSJP an Alle
Last season in League IV I won 13, drew 1 lost 0 in the league and lost 1-0 in the play-offs. This season I have won 5 lost 1, for 46 against 5, and I lost to a league II team in the cup. On Sunday I won 10-0.
I get no new supporters a week, and the latest is that two supporters have left. Unreal!
Its bad enough being on less than half the sponsorship of a league III team, but with no chance to build up the support base without promotion, how is the team ever going to get better?

its beacause you lost your playoff will take you half a season to recover from that

Ridiculous. So unrealistic its just not true, I shudder to think what would happen if I lost more than 2 or three games a season.

Your supporter base is maxing out because this is your 7th season in IV. Your supporters expect more and rightly so.

The fact you think you need to keep improving supporter base to improve is flawed which is probably where your disappointment comes from.

If you stayed in IV forever but only lost 1 game per season in your world you'd have more fans than me and I was in the Prem last season.

League prestige means a lot to your supporters and you can't improve it much more while you're still in IV.

I'm stuck here despite winning 13 drawn 1 last season, and don't forget I'm on less than half the sponsorship of a league III side so promotion is no mean feat, and staying up even harder. Of course its not just sponsorship. Smaller crowds mean less money, so the upper leagues are almost a completely closed shop. The only things that help are when teams in the upper leagues go to bot or voluntarily go into decline to build a new team. The financial issues also mean I can't afford a youth programme (which would be at least 15k a week plus cost of getting a coach), and my coaching will be inferior to that of a league III side so their squad is not only going to be better paid, but will improve quicker, and can be grown from within.
So why should the supporters expect better?

your looking at all the negatives, try looking at the positives, what i miss about being in your league is the ability to train in official matches, and still easily win every game. you know how much more money you can make than me by having 10 great trainees and giving them full games, i only have 5 main trainees, with the other 5 being older, just so i can compete at the level i'm at, where logically it would be worth me coming lower down in my league, or even relegating just to get the best training for my players, and therefor making more profit / return. there are advantages and disadvantage to every level on this game, you just need to find a balance to help you improve your team.

Find alternative source of making money and thereafter you will not "cry" that you are on less than half the sponsorship of league III side.

I started in IV div too but goal was to make money to boost squad and get promotion. Also to get to higher level use some older players whom will bring you a better quality than younger ones. Their skills will fall down but slowly and in meantime you will get promotion and make more money on sponsorship because of promotion.
