Hola mates!
You don't like this forum?
There anyone of you ready for a friendly match?

You have to publish your ad, and look at others, click on Friendlies.

Have you changed your junior school from 0 places to 6, and keep 6 places open every week, getting rid of the weaker older 1's...

You want me in bankrupt?
2014-09-27 22:21:17
Its only £600 a week a place, you wont get bankrupt that way but you will gain ground miles slower without a few hundred thousands or a millions that a top junior can get you...

Whats there to loose, dont put a decent coach there, dont put 1 at all until you have a nice junior, keep sacking the juniors, just have 6 places.

What's the meaning of "decent junior"?
It seems to me really hard to understand with an Unknown talent. Anyway I see we are only 100 manager more or less so if you can help me I trust you

well normally it's 1 you have aged 16 that will be 18 when he comes out and brilliant and over youth.

Since the max you can get is good i'd say the perfect junior could be 25 weeks left, good (skill) 16yo,
but a 16yo good could come out as 17yo with 15 weeks = Outstanding also. (this too is a top junior)

But i'd keep all juniors aged 16 with enough weeks on them, and rid most 18yo's that will be 19/20 when they leave.

my school for something to go on..

Eric Nurse 19 excellent outfield 5

Royston Crosskill 17 good GK 7

Kieron Beanes 18 very good outfield 7

Sebastian Deverell 16 average outfield 8

Also top talent pops every 3 weeks, 3.5 nice talent, every 4 weeks outstanding talent, these are the one's you are hopeing for...but it's hard to tell in the current junior school.

Higher levels take a little longer like from Formidable - Outstanding takes a week longer than above (i think)

A 17yo with 25 weeks left could mean he is in fact 19yo when he leaves (because you are 5 games into the season lets say) so a 17yo with 25 weeks left hopeless i'd sack, as he will end up very good 19yo at best but more than likely solid.

I'd keep all your 16yo (that will be 16 when they leave) unless they have too little weeks to get to Solid.

Keep all 16yo (that will be 17yo when they leave) unless they have little chance of making Very Good..

Keep all 17yo (that will be 17yo when they leave) unless they have little chance of making Very good..

Keep all 16-17yo (that will be 18yo when they leave) unless they have little chance of making Formidable..

Keep all 18yo (that will be 18yo when they leave) unless they have little chance of making Formidable..

Keep all 17-18yo (that will be 19yo when they leave) unless they have little chance of making Incredible..

* Note above i have a few keepers that don't fit in with this but thats because i am in the Junior Premiership League and need a keeper!
