I have lost just under 28000 in 2 weeks, and I was at home this week so its really bad. I play an away friendly every week to a league lll side or above, 18 players, no juniors, four coaches. Should be able to make some profit, surely? I was 2nd in my league last year, young side, should improve...

Hasn't worked. The only thing I can cut is coaches salaries, although I would need to cut maybe 13000 per week to break even, which would leave me with a low grade coaching staff.

And then what? Difficult to improve a team with poor coaches, no money to buy new players, I'm just going to get stuck in the top half of a league iv. I must be wrong somewhere, but where?

you started before me and i have promoted. what assitants have you got? as at our level, we don't need them to be that high, probobly 'very good' at tops.

other than that the people you aftraining will be improving so maybe selling some of them and buy some new trainies, as im only keeping mine for 3 months each tops. (apart from 2) so for ive made at lest 30%on all trainies ive keeped over a month apart from 1.

Trainees? What trainees? I guess you are saying that I need poorer coaches. i was afraid of that.

you have coaches, and no trainies? that might be your problem.

without my youth coach, my wage bill for staff is 14.5k. and i wouldn't think anyone in your league, unless bin playing for a long time should have a wage higher than this.

My wage bill (with out YC) in IV was 20k - 12k main, 8k in assistants.
Now its a rather back breaking 60k, 20k main, 40k assistants :D
