ok, i think ive sen this somewhere, but can't seem to find it again. could anyone tell me a list of about how many skill points players that leave the youth school should haveat each level. im asking this for 2 reasons,
1. so i can see the value of the players that im buying what are fresh pulls. (what they would of came out as.)
2. what my player will come out as with what points (so i know what to keep)

thanks in advance.

was it about 3.2 skills per lvl?

agreed - I use 3.0 and 3.2 to get a best/worst case for level.

ok, i have now seen the bad side of the recurment button :( what would a good talent be with a formidable coach in a youth scholl for the players within it? also, what would you say is the lowest talent of a youth i sould keep. (if starting lvl is low and loads of weeks left)

what?

General rule of thumb is a 0.2 drop in talent per drop in level of junior coach.

E.g. 3.5 talent with a Magical JC would be roughly equivalent to a 4.3 talent with Formidable JC.

So a 'good' talent would be anything under 5.0 ...but remember your JC is guessing the players' skill levels (which allows you to calculate talent). However, a Formidable JC could easily guess 3 levels wrong either way for a fair few weeks after you get the junior.

imo, you might be best basing the 'keep/don't keep' decision on a combination of potential promotion age and final skill level, rather than a very iffy talent guess ...at least for a few weeks.

Ok, 1 more question.

I have a youth in my school with only 1 week left at 16 years old.

He started in the school at 'good'
Then he went to 'average.'
Now he's at solid.

Am i safe in saying even if he comes out at adequate lvl (hoping for higher) he will sell for a nice amount. I'm asking this as I'm in debt, and I'm debating selling one of my strikers to fund my youth school, or can i be safe in expecting him to sell for a reasonable amount.

Any views are welcome thank you.

Don't bank on it ...with a 16yo it's all about the distribution - he could be worth peanuts or a fortune.

Potentially these 2 players could both be pulled as 'Good' 16yo juniors:

adequate stamina, hopeless keeper
hopeless pace, poor defender
hopeless technique, unsatisfactory playmaker
poor passing, weak striker

tragic stamina, tragic keeper
weak pace, poor defender
solid technique, tragic playmaker
tragic passing, solid striker

With the first one you'd get change from a packet of bourbons, the second not much change form 1/2 million.

Good's can't have solid+ stats?

not sure on that?

This guy is on the TL now, can only have been in juniors 4 weeks max, but doesn't look much better than an 'adeqaute' pull

Loris Contu, age: 16
club:Old Dyndelly, country: Italia
value: 21 150 £, wage: 420 £
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
height: 181 cm

unsatisfactory stamina, tragic keeper
poor pace, solid defender
hopeless technique, weak playmaker
hopeless passing, tragic striker
