how much would you say a 19 year old midfielder is worth with 40 skill points. he also looks talented with it only taking 3 weeks to get to solid pace. (only have solid assitants)

I've given you a valuation, but you really shouldn't sell him as you won't get the cash he deserves. You are better of training him and turning him in to one of your top players.
