is a player popping from weak to adverage in 3 weeks good? (also got 2 random pops on the way)

normal or poor ...assuming your Head Coach is unearthly in the skill you're training.

And the age factor is important to know here to judge.

hes 20, and my head coach is magical pace.

assisant lvl's are adverage, and he plays 90min in main team games.

Erm... thats pretty average (at best talent)

Below average to bad if you played him twice a week.

He could be more than a average since you are training with a magical coach only... you should get a unearthly coach in the skill you are training.

Don't get disheartened though, you rarely get super-talented.

A lot of your players at this stage will be average talent.

well heres his stat's so i thought he would be a good buy if i was training pace.

good stamina hopeless keeper
average pace very good defender
excellent technique adequate playmaker
poor passing very good striker

Well depending on how much you bought him for, it's either good or bad imo.
