Thema: roof on stadium

something i've never being sure on, if i get a roof over my seats it costs 300k. if i then expanded those seats with the roof on further would i have to pay the 300k again, or is it a one time payment?

one time payment and then say you added another 1000 seats later you would pay for the extra seats and extended roofing

its 60k per 1000 seats or benches + 15k projet fee. S o if you add extra seats you just pay the extra 60k's
