have have now noticed you can only train one position in any given match. so this might sound silly, but could i just call them all mid fielders, so they all get trained? or is there a max?

You can't have more than 5 defs, 5 mids or 3 atts. Any more than that and you lose all training.

As an add-on, if you can organise a friendly each week this will give you 2 matches per training week. You can then train a max of 10 defs, 10 mids and 6 strikers. However, its the conditional orders that matter for training purposes not necessarily where you play the players on the pitch.

Be careful not to play any player in a different conditional order than in the other match otherwise he will lose that training, unless you train pace which trains all 11 players per match which could equate to a max off 22 players being trained per week.

EVEN when you are training pace you cant have more than 5 players with MID ,or DEF orders and 3 Players with ATT orders.. :)

adequate to solid would suggest he's talented... but if you mean good to solid in 3 weeks then that's ok talent.
