Thema: can someone answer me a question?

i had a trainee in my juniour school with solid ability. i have an excellent coach in the youth school, can anyone tell me why hes ability has gone down~?

And it's because the coaches skills are now only estimations, so a solid could be a good or an excellent or pretty much anything within 3 levels of the estimation.

no m8 this is my first time on the site.
and i dont mean my coaches skills. i mean my juniours.
im paying a fair bit to keep a youth coach yet my juniours have gone further down than up.

The coaches estimations vary, they aren't to the dot precise anymore.

So an adequate could actually be a solid and a solid an adequate.

The fluctuation will settle after 10 weeks or so

yeah. i already know most of the stuff from my m8 tellin me about it at work so im pretty ok.
probably gonna scrap the juniours school once these three have come through coz i cant afford it unless some rele good kid comes through. im training 4 young defenders anyway so im just gonna make my money selling defenders

you should be training 10 defenders

yup...5 on sunday, and another 5 on wednesday! different players in each, and dont play the first 5 in a different position on wednesday!!!
