Thema: Pace Training Question

Is a 4 week pop to outstanding Pace from friendlies only quick? Hes 18 by the way.

Well it was 4 weeks to Formidable Pace and again to Outstanding....all with Friendlies...I have not yet trained anything else though.

Well I guess he is talented but I have not trained pace for ages and I am not sure how talented that makes him?

He is now better than all our English 18 yr old strikers, hes Israeli and it depresses me. Then again if he is Uber Talented I might finally get a chance at a 3 x Divine Player.
