Hey guys, when you write about a player and write for example pace +2. What does this mean?

Thay means you have trained defender twice since his last pop. Pace one time. Passing 5, playmaking once and striker 5 times!!!
That has to be a crazy training schedule unless you are putting genral trainings down which don`t count.
