i am a little confused about some 16yr olds being sold on the transfer list. looking through some go for thousands and a couple go for millions.

here i have found a couple of examples.. these are not the best i have seen to explain myself but the best i could find at the time.

player 1 has these stats and is currently being sold for £337,500

unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper average pace weak defender average technique tragic playmaker tragic passing adequate striker


player 2 who has very similar stats but is only sold for £8,000


hopeless stamina tragic keeper average pace average defender poor technique tragic playmaker average passing weak striker


i have found others where in my opinion would be well worth more money than the other player? is this due to talent? but then my question is how can you tell a players talent from just the transfer list?

16yo's do go for all sorts of different prices and it is often confusing so don't worry. The difference between the two is that one is a striker and one isn't, but also that the current sale price doesn't represent the eventual sale price ;o)

Sometimes people with too much money spend millions on a 16yo in hope that if they are talented they've hit the jackpot. These players can vary dramatically in price with near identical skills.

that 1st one had the correct 3 skills for a striker - 16 skills levels in the right place
- pace defence and tech

the 2nd had 10 skills right for a defender - pace and defence; which is easier to find than 16 obviously. And he had poor secondary skills - PM especially. easy to find better

on the transfer list there are 2 players like the striker
there are 10 like the defender - and some have 13 in pace and defender
none have very impressive secondaries though

Ahh I see well I have a few I'm going to train up this season and see if I can sell them to make lots of money but we will see.. thanks for the info :)
