Thema: Expanding Stadium - Help Needed

I feel its time to upgrade my stadium now after a few seasons of playing the game. This season I should win the league or get second at the very least, here's a breakdown of what rescources and stats I have at the moment:

Money to spend: £140,000 - I've got £159,000 but I don't want to cut it too close, outgoing wages etc.
Fanclub Size: 910
Current Stadium Size: 3100 (Never been Upgraded)

I have no idea were to start with expanding from looking at these stats, if anyone has recommendations please reply, I could use some help.

Whats your account balance? Is it 159,000, or are you going into the minuses with that budget?

A lot of people will tell you to just invest in trainees but you've got to have some revenue coming in through your stadium to afford slighter nicer coaches for your trainees/junior school.

I would buy as many seats as you can with your spare cash and put them over the 100 standing spaces along the sides. This will generate you the most money (minus a roof) and will not build over your benches.

My account balance is £159,000 + (no minus).
