i have found you have to take each cas eof poor form individually as some players rise with 2 games a week and some you have to rest i had aguy in tragic form for over 3 seasons but i was playing him twice a week as soon as he played only one game his form rose every week iive had others that played once per week that dropped and as soon as i played them twice their form went up

I still stand by my comment in 2010 and actually seem to have more experience of it in the form of an attacking mid.

I think the game engine has some sort of maximum potential for each person played in order to determine their points score. This is then used in someway togther with a random elemnent to determine what should happen to form. Hence the 1-2 games a week idea can be valid too.

I have some of my best players that appear stuck on very low form, even if they score loads of goals, and get high ratings and my team sits top of the league. The trouble with playing them twice per week in the high chance of injury. My better players get injured a lot more often, than my lower squad players.

Ive solved the form problem. Ive had a striker for 2 seasons and i tried everything to improve his form but nothing worked. He is now injured for 29 days and is form is rocketing up while he is playing no games.
