The main rule is to try to avoid it.
Close the training school first.

Sell the players if you have to as you can buy players for a pound afterwards.

Then once below the limit sack the coaches but watch out for the weeks wages you have to pay when you sack them.

I think its 50 days before you can have another team. Here are the rules

Bankruptcy

Teams that are about to declare bankruptcy (account balance less than -€500k (same as -$500 or -£300k)) will be able to log on for 24 hours from the last log in.

This is to allow them to correct their bank balance - sell players, sack coaches etc. After 24 hours they cannot log in again, until the account balance improves sufficiently (account balance more than -€500k, -£300k). If their account balance goes over that amount, they will then be able to log in as normal. However, if the account balance remains below -€500k for a period of 14 days, the team will be formally bankrupt as described in the Account Management portion of Section 1 above.

The 50 day rule really needs looking into if this game is ever going to get a decent user base. No new user will bother coming back if they have to wait that long.

Perhaps a team reset option would be more useful. It would allow newbies to play around a little, make all their mistakes and start again.

Will I get brankrupt if I go into negative funds by the start of the next season?

You have to be more than 300k over your overdraft. Is that going to be the case? Just being below zero is no serious problem.

so as long as I dont exceed 300K I will be fine right? ... Just making sure :)

Yup! No bankruptcy. Interest on the amount you owe and no bids on players once you are past the -150k mark.
