Yes, I have assigned coaches: Head, Youth + 3 assistants.

From the data I have I can say that his players did get a training
a) value and form of his players changed on Thursday, so he had coaches assigned
b) some of these new values would be impossible without training, for example this player https://sokker.org/player/PID/39108034 gained more value than it would be possible just from the form change

There is a "hint" in overview page that tells you how mamy days of plus you have all the time.
I'm pretty sure there is an email notification too, so check your email, maybe spam folder?
