Yes, if you want to work some instead of wait until it's told next Monday.
Then you need to:
1. Check which position you have yourself among the winners. (=1-16).

2. Then check who have the same position counting from the badest points and scores in the division above yours. You will exchange places with each other.
NOTE! It DON'T have to be only eights, because higher placed can have lower points than some of them.

no, but your sponsor money will be bigger and therefore the sponsor bonus.
