He is far from a star. He is mediocre... And his pace is a big problem

I am always surprised to see experienced users wasting youngsters by not training pace first...

It's a very young player. And we probably don't know even if this experienced user is making money out of the player or not. That already could explain the training priority. If makes money makes sense, if trains for himself then i agree with your statement as pace needs priority at very young age.

If you want to make money fast it doesn’t make much sense to concentrate on pace

You only have 10 slots and I don't have just one player to train. Many players need pace, but at some point you're full!. so I have to look for ways that fit my teram. Especially players with talent. it's easy to scream pace, but he had the 10 weeks he is out of school 4 UPs in pace next to 6 others :O :P

Everyone should have their opinion, but false criticism is not appropriate. It's not about better or worse, but what the player should become.

Yes and the player wont be future nt star because of the statements that he is too low in skills for Belgie and very low pace ... the thread is about evaluating and showing NT talents .. so we didnt false criticism... is neither false players will get better with pace first since pace training slow down most with age... but if he started pace 2 as you first say now, you Are also on the way.... and getting his pace to 14 first now will make better player in end not false, that is fact....

you dont have to THINK about it...
just get four 16 yo player, put them on 4 of the 10 slots, make them train 100% every week, and you see that yourself,

i see that every time i train 16yo player.
i dont think i get ALL TALENTED players.
