As ATT or MID? Don’t know the strikers market, but midfielders at his age already have mid sumskil over 30, he has only 23… he can become something but definitely not a star

Ed: there are already 8-7-7 ATTs so nothing special as striker as well… same sumskill with 9 pace went for 1.2m euro

The best training for this guy is as ATT.
first train him Technique till he get 8 at least. (before his 18 he will)
Then train him Striker till he get 8 or 9...

4 tech,.... 4 or 5 striker = 10 pace, 8 tech, 8 striker at his middle 18 yo...

IF he has a good talent, can be very good striker, with some def and PM

If he wants to keep him for longer he has to start with pace and train it for a long time. That's the same scenario for every player if someone plans a long-term training.

If he wants to make money on him then first striker to 7/8, then tech to 7/8, pace should get to 12 on its own till then.
