I'm not convinced. Had situations where they didnt pop from general trainings after 30 weeks at low skills, even though they had a pretty good talent.

I had a full 100% untrained pop to very good [9] defender after 14 GT [previous pop to solid also after GT]

so... yeah, I think 7 GT = 1 ADV

give me an example, because it doesn't sound probable

as I've said, I had full 100% untrained pops - 21 GT to outstanding [12] passing, 14 GT to very good [9] defender, 8 to weak [4] etc.

so it's 7 GT = 1 ADV... definitely nowhere near 13

Age doesn't matter...

I did not say 13, i said 8-10 GT= 1 training.
From my personal observation.

I dont have prints , i was just stating some of my situation.
Maybe i am just unlucky and a few of my players slowed down a lot in talent with aging.

Talent doesn’t change with time. It stays the same. 1AT will always be 7 GT no matter the age.
Only thing that changes with time (with each year a player gets older) is the amount of training points he needs for each pop.

It is not 7gt but 1/0,15 so 6,67gt
