I can't understand why are you planning play against Belgium, after checking his absolut lack of seriousness (irresponsibility) with his planned engagements (Italy, Spain, Suomi, ...) up to now.

I arranged all of Canada's friendlies in September. At the time nobody knew about Belgium's laissez faire towards friendlies.
