i worked with a few Polish people who were constantly stating they hate UK and are only here for money

And what is strange about that situation?

We have better food and weather, prettier and nice girls. Life is brutal, but it's true Mate ;)

But of course if someone hide skills only for saboting other NT it's so stupid, but If want to avoid injuries it's ok.
