Interview with Inter the NT Coach of Morocco
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby or someone else where you live?
1. I am 32, work in insurance and am a huge sports fan. Fun Fact -- I have scored at Wembley.
2. What is your plan in the game tell me about your club team a little and about your club name and your club history!
2. This is my second time on Sokker as i lost my last account, and with my club side i try to develop younger players in particular those from my Junior School where possible but want to stay competitive in my league too so im trying to find the right balance.
3. What do you mean about the game and the developements. What would you advice the developers what need to change in the game?
3. I would like a bit more support for the Newbies, you actively have to seek out guide/tips to know how to set up your team/coaches/tactics (luckily we have lots of tutors and people offering help in England) which can be confusing and it takes a long time to understand training and tactics. if people struggle early on and lose money then they are less likely to stay and we wont get many new users sticking around.
4. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
4. For winners i would be looking towards Egypt, Algeria and Senegal but im hopefull of a few good results and being in the middle of the pack for this AFCON.
5. Did you train or do you African players into some kind of National team? If yes please tell their names. Or do you plan to train players for Africa? Or where you are NT coach?
5. I Dont personally have any African players anymore but may take on some Moroccans if any are listed.
6. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
6. My African Deam Team would be : Carlos Kameni / Lauren, Kolo Toure, Kalidou Koulibaly, Geremi / Sullay Muntari, Yaya Toure, Michael Essien/ Jay-Jay Okocha, Mohamed Salah, Nwankwo Kanu.
7. What is your favourite football club or players in the real life?
7. My Favourite team is Arsenal with Thierry Henry as my favourite ever footballer (with some honourable mentions to Adriano, Ronaldinho, Neymar and Fernando Torres)
8. If you were NT coach somewhere earlier where you enjoyed your work the best. Which country woud you coordinate in the future?
8. Paraguay, i managed to get to the Quarter Finals of the Copa America with a very limited squad. And in the future i would love to manage a bigger country with more users as id like to have a good community around the team and more options of players and systems to use. My own nation (England) is probably unattainable for a long while but somewhere like Ireland/Australia would be an ideal job for me.

Interview with l-zsolt the Nt coach of Egypt
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby or someone else where you live?
1.Hi, friends , I am László Zsolt, 51 yo citizen of RO, Szeklerland Region, living in Csikszereda(Miercurea Ciiuc) a city known as cradle of ice-hockey but now also we have a strong soccer team, on first position of second soccer Division. Begining on sokker at october of 2007, i have a wide experience on this game, with a lot of NT and U21 coaching season in Japan, Malta, Hungary or Australia.
2. What is your plan in the game tell me about your club team a little and about your club name and your club history!
2.My club name comes from Lolland, a danish island, that i likes much on the past and of course we wanna be the Maters of game :)
3. What do you mean about the game and the developements. What would you advice the developers what need to change in the game?
3.I liked much the old SM, but some things on new is very good, i dont really like when the ME shows me high skilled players playing worst than very weak opponents an the high injury periods , mainly because now the injuried player lose more championship matches, like before...
4. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
4.I was informed, that my team is the trophy holder in AC , but i don't feel "my boys" as nr. ones on Africa, a lot of teams, like Algeria, Senegal or Kenya have very strong squads, but i think also my pharaos will go well, where we end , we'll know soon. Algeria as Marks have the first chance to win, very interesting we begin exactly with them the tournament. The past 2 AC winners together...
5. Did you train or do you African players into some kind of National team? If yes please tell their names. Or do you plan to train players for Africa? Or where you are NT coach?
5.I don't have Afrcan players now, but why not?, if they are talented of course i am open to buy also african players for my club.
6. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
6.IRL i likes a lot of african soccer players, from Drogba, Sané, Makanaki, Eto'o to actual players like Laidouni,El-Nesri,Iwobi and of course Salah.I dont could make a dreamteam, just because i dont wanna keep out nobody of long list of great african players.
7. What is your favourite football club or players in the real life?
7. Favourite club is Liverpool, favourite players Salah, Szoboszlai and Alison Becker.
8. If you were NT coach somewhere earlier where you enjoyed your work the best. Which country woud you coordinate in the future?
8. I think Australia U21, where even with not too high trained young players i leaded them 3x to World Cup, but i liked also Hungary U21(also playing WC with them) and even Japan, with just a few users but interesting NT. I dont know my future, now i focused on Egypt, i wanna lead them also on qualifyer season, but now is important the African Cup Tournement to me.
9. There were a big work behind Misr with Gexge and Clauditza. Seemed Misr promising future one of the three rising African contries? How you feel the younger generations?
9.I know well gexge and also Clauditza, they are also users from Romania, respect for them, great work they had here, with some really great results, i wanna make aswel, like them.About younger generation?Actually i have on our squad some young players, from 23-26 yo, very talented and i think, if they will be trained well, we could keep a good African team here , i also takes a look on what we have at U21 and still i got there some promissing young players for future of NT.The U21 is even better placed, 51-th on the world, like us...so, i am trustfull on future.
10. El-Atrash were a really important player for Misr. Now he not too young, will play an importand role in this tournament, or he will be mostly a subs player?
10.Team Misr is'nt count on a player, we have a lot of interesting players very closes in skills on any positions, now after he losed the pace skill, i tink will use mostly another strikers, AC for us is important, so i try to use my better players, because a Trophy holder don't could make foolish exeriences with low skilled players.
Misr:
Misr had some really good matches in the group. Thats true they beat only two times Morocco, but steal a point from Slovensko and fought well in the group. Who as Gexge and Clauditza left the position it seems every year a new captain come. I-Zsolt will lead the team in this African Cup. If I see their squad there are some new faces at the keepers, on in the midfield, and two younger strikers from the new generation.

If I see their squad there are some new faces at the keepers, on in the midfield, and two younger strikers from the new generation.

2. What is your plan in the game tell me about your club team a little and about your club name and your club history!
My goals in the game are to win Romanian Championship, Romanian Cup, CC with my club and World Cup with my country. Then i will retire :). My club name obviously come from my home town and i am the first team, founded after year 2020, to reach Romanian first division.
3. What do you mean about the game and the developements. What would you advice the developers what need to change in the game?
The game is well structured and proactive, but as an improvement i suggest that the junior school to be more logical, not ups and downs every week.
4. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
For the African cup, i think that the favourites are Algeria and Egypt, but who knows...it could be a surprise this season. Of course, my objective is to win the Cup but realisticaly...we will see :)
5. Did you train or do you African players into some kind of National team? If yes please tell their names. Or do you plan to train players for Africa? Or where you are NT coach?
I train 1 afican player Mostafa El Kinani for Marocco.
6. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
I know some real life player from Africa like George Weah, Samuel Eto'o, Didier Drogba and Roger Milla.
7. What is your favourite football club or players in the real life?
My favourite is Samuel Eto'o because he played at my favourite club, FC Barcelona.
8. If you were NT coach somewhere earlier where you enjoyed your work the best. Which country woud you coordinate in the future?
My dream, as i said above, is to train my country, Romania, and to win the World Cup. I hope that my dream come true one day. Thank you for your work and good luck !

Intrview with Scalla the NT coach of South Africa
1.Tell me about your club team a little and about your club name and your club history!
1. Rovers United is my club team. I loosely named the club after my favorite English football team, Blackburn Rovers. I joined Soccer a long time ago - 2007 I think... so we have a rich history. When I started we were a very active community with about 10 active users and I struggled to build a good team, but over the years many teams dropped off. My club team has been dominant team in the league and club competitions over the past few years.
2. What do you mean about the game and the developements. What would you advice the developers what need to change in the game?
2. They need to sort out ball control near touch lines and defensive clearances. The defenders sometimes kick the ball out without any attacker pressurizing them. Also sometimes wingers will run out with the ball without any defender near them. This is stupid and unrealistic.
3. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
3. I think the North African countries will be strong again and one of them will probably win it. South Africa will try to the best we can with an aging squad. Hopefully we can sneak into the top 4.
4. Did you train or do you African players into some kind of National team? If yes please tell their names. Or do you plan to train players for Africa? Or where you are NT coach?
4. There are a few of my club players currently in the NT squad - Thomas Naponyana, Isaac Foster, Innocent Cele, Wesi Casnar, Dennis Liau and Bertin Stars. I am trying to train youngsters for the NT teams, but is difficult as I am basically the only committed user in South Africa at the moment.
5.Which country woud you coordinate in the future?
5. Any country that is interested. I am particularly looking for some users that can help South Africa train young players. The current SA under 21 coach (Raviola from Belgium) is helpful with this at the moment.
South Africa:
South Africa was on the similar way the the most of the African team without surprise. There aren't a big surprise in their squad.

Well, I can't take in more interviews, I am waiting the answer from the others.
Yes, great work Pirate.
Kyloo, I agree with this from your interview: "The game is well structured and proactive, but as an improvement i suggest that the junior school to be more logical, not ups and downs every week."
Good luck for the games later everyone. May the best teams win :)

I'll add to the praise for Pirate, deserves it for organising the structure and all the adds on like the interviews to make the competition a bit different. Its a shame i cant play my match this week but wish you all the best.
Interview with Cheikh Mouammar the NT coach of Algeria
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby or someone else where you live?
Hello, I'm a french student living in Lyon, I like to play football with my friends, I played several years in my local club.
2. What is your plan in the game tell me about your club team a little and about your club name and your club history!
I planed to reach the French league 1 by training young players with my club founded in 2017, I played several times in league 2, now I'm in 3. Now I'm focuses on the same goal while I decided to help the algerian community as i can for a few seasons now.
3. What do you mean about the game and the developements. What would you advice the developers what need to change in the game?
Changes and developements are too long ! A lot of things have to change ! Increase the player form by hiring physios, soluce or reduce injuries by hiring medical staff, create a conditional order to escape or reduce the "off-side" trap, permit to the" Plus owner "to play in an other country with a second team, allowed arcades games for the NT, merge the small championships, a lot of things !
4. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
Chances for Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa if well drived, Favors for Egypt, Senegal and of course Algeria. I have two goals assigned by my federation in this Cup, to reach the "play-off" and rejuvenate the team.
5. Did you train or do you African players into some kind of National team? If yes please tell their names. Or do you plan to train players for Africa? Or where you are NT coach?
Yes, i'm training severals young algerian players and some others africans players, i'm member of the algerian federation so this is my job. NT coach is a first aventure for me !
6. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
My favorite are Moh Salah and Ademola Lookman. Sorry but i'm too young and not experienced in African football to give a real and exhaustive "11 players"
7. What is your favourite football club or players in the real life?
"Olympique Lyon" of course ! Karim Benzema is a Legend for us ! is the best player formed by the club and he won the "Ballon d'Or" with Real !
8. If you were NT coach somewhere earlier where you enjoyed your work the best. Which country woud you coordinate in the future?
hihihi , France !!! why not ? no, I'm proud to be Algeria's NT coach, it's a honor for me.
9. Really suprised me as Kadirdey didn't candidate again. He worked with so much with this team and didn't needed so much to qualify Algeria into the World Cup. What do you mean about this? Do you plan with more seasons with Algeria? What do you mean about Algerian squad and Alegerian National team's future?
Yes, it was a surprise for us but we knew that the doors of the NT were open ! He allways claimed it. He made and he's still making an amazing work with the selection but currently he decided to work on an other project and gave me the opportunity to drive the team. More season? I don't know, I hope but it will depend of my results, my motivation and my time. Algeria is growing slowly but surely due to 3 mad coaches with high Sokker's skills, only 3 academies and their NT was fighting for the WC until the last game ! incredible ! Imagine if they were more ?!? They are crazy guys !
al-Jazā’ir (Algeria)
Algeria brought the best result in the WCQ. As they very really close to get into the WC. They reached a the 3rd place in the group. It's a really fair result from Algeria. Kadirdey finished his great work here. New coach can lead the team in the African Cup (Cheikh Mouammar).
