I believe in a blacklist, and then everything happens automatically. There are two groups. One is the national teams of rich or poor countries, and the other is whether the coach is Polish or not. I just don't know yet how it works when a Pole in a poor team plays against a rich team with a non-Polish coach.

No, I did not. As you can quickly and easily check, this is my third season in El Salvador:
1 - I qualified to WC.
2 - I played in WC (where, what a coincidence, I got the only point playing against Polish manager),
3 - It's now and so far it's going well. For instance, I won decisively with Denmark, against whom you lost twice last season.

So no, nothing has changed. Same as your pathetic performance over seasons.

he had a whole A4 paragraph on this theory that Andorra with Polish manager qualified from his group and that's why Portugal couldn't qualify

problem was that Portugal finished 4th... and Andorra didn't even qualify, they finished 3rd - and it was Peru with Peruvian coach who qualified because of better goal difference

of course that's not a problem for his theory that Andorra with Polish coach didn't qualify even though Peru and Andorra had same number of points...

There will always be games like this to disguise it. But if it is decisive for an objective... luck is with the Polish.
