Thanks to Cemac Boys for replaying the match, I have sent an invitation for Thursday as sviktorov proposed!
I did not break the rule on purpose (72+), it just happened. My current team has rarely played 70+ so far and the average rating on my page states 68. Anyway I will respect the rule although I think it has opened Pandora's discussion box.

I’m sorry, but recently my players have improved a lot, and even I was shocked yesterday that they played with such a high rating. If you’re up for it, we can play again. I’ll remove my older players, and hopefully, I’ll drop below 70%.

GENERAL RULES

Only Plus users can participate.

1. 36 teams will participate in the tournament.
The tournament will take place in the UEFA Europa League format.

Score Ranking
*1-8 > Direct Round of 16
*9-24 > Qualifying Round
*25-36 > Eliminated

2. Teams participating in the tournament will need to have a rating of at least 60 and a maximum of 69.

3. According to the average rating, the teams will be divided into 4 different bags and each team will be matched with 2 teams from all bags, including the bag they are in.

4. Matches will be played on Mondays and Saturdays

5. Matches will be played for 90 minutes in LEAGUE SYSTEM format, except for the final match.

6. Round of 16, Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals, will be played twice, home and away.

7. In case of a tie in the 2 matches played in the Round of 16, Quarter-Final and Semi-Final matches, 1 more match will be played and this match will be with the Cup System. The winning team will advance to the next round.

8. The final match will be a single match and will be played with the Cup System.

9. Matches will be scheduled between 18:00-20:00 sokker time

10. If the team to whom the match offer was made does not accept the match for any reason, it will be deemed to be defeated 3-0.

11. If any team in the UEFA Europa League has a rating of 72.0 or higher during a match, it will be considered a 3-0 defeat. Also, if any team makes a substitution during the match to lower their team rating, the player with the higher rating will be considered.
