Its crazy!!!!
I no longer understand this stupid game and the laggy interface of the tactics.
I changed the formation in case of a loosing , because of the change of the formation, the numbers of the players got a little messed up, so I made internal substitutions within the formation, and it didn't work!
I lost critical points in a championship fight on this retarded thing. I don't understand anymore if I'm doing something wrong, or this game is super stupid!!!

why Patroclo Conti Filippini (number 8) become striker (number 10) in additional tactic ?
why Marius Ştefan Chiş (number 10) become Num 8?
and why Cyprian Trzepieciński become number 9 ?!

You need to leave same numbers in both tactics with same orders :/

But in the first tactic, the strikers are 11 and 9. In the second tactic, the strikers are 11 and 10..
if so , Cyprian Trzepieciński (number 10) will be the striker in the additional tactic , and I want him on the winger position not as striker...

Players keep their numbers even after change.

So you:

moved number 9 to position of number 10
Then you moved number 8 on for position of number 9

But then position of number 9 was already number 10 = you moved number 8 on position of number 10 and you number 9 (starting) moved from 10 to 8

because its 3 players needs to reaplce a role

how can I do that?

You first need to respect the orders of tactic number 2.
Then you need to change player either before or after the tacticchange, but beware changes before the other tactic, cause if the ball doesn't go out of play in between both the täctic and the player changes, then it will happen after the tactic change in stead of before. So then all numbers will be messed up.
The best thing is to change the numbers of tactic number 1 corresponding with tactic number 2, so the orders will never be messed up.
