Hello everyone, I have created a new tool to know the best position on the field of players according to their skills.
It is easy to use because it is a doc spreadsheet and will be very useful for new managers...

What does the tool contain?
-Analyze the best field position (Maximum Performance)
-Analyze their level increases/decreases after the minutes of the match.
-Analyze the player's rating according to the chosen alignment/tactic (4-4-2/4-5-1/4-3-3/3-5-2/etc,etc)

Before skills were visible for the NT coach, we used an xls db scouter developed by manus.
Some funcionalities were implemented including best performance for different positions. THis is how it looked like

Not sure if suggesting the formation is the best output as in sk you can arrange your tactic wich includes how high/low goes the defense, if they have good sideskills they can go play more with mids, and so on. But there could be something good after some brainstorming
Something to mention is that MID DEFs (not the ones polish 5xdivine) usually had the highest sumskill but they appear low in the different list due to lower value, rating, salary. This position is the hardest to discover using these sheets

Here users play 5-2-w2 which is far from reality, but now with development changes, players are expected to be more normal and not max in all skills, this will encourage profiling and probably big teams wont be using only 2 mids that much. Then I guess your idea could take more relevance season after season, if sk dont die :P

Defending = Defender
Creation = Playmaker (PM)
Striking = Striker

Also, you need managers to fill in the green spaces, but you speak about the level of the skills. In here, everyone relates their skills to words, not numbers, so you might want to clarify that.
And in the end, you say that we need to know which position is the best for our players, but we need to place them within the position ourselves... It's a bit a long run to see what position suits the player the best if the manager needs to decide in which boxes he fills in the player. So it might be a better solution to give 8 boxes:
from stamina to striker, let the manager fill in the boxes, create an algoritm that calculates the skills, based on what is needed for a position and then come with an outcome that states in which position the player will play the best to his qualities.
