There is no date but without votes there is no gala, if you don't vote people will forget that is why it is important to vote as soon as you have planned the votes...

The community here doesn't really know each other that well to specifically vote for one and another... Most of us here try to just have some fun and try to achieve something while having fun or not. But following each others results, especially abroad, isn't really happening with maybe some exceptions of a handfull of people. But these votes are not really accurate, but mainly a personal choice.
I don't think this kind of topics will ever have enough interest tbh, but you're free to try if you want to.
