I doubt devs will response, or react soon
just dont try logging in for 24h and let the site also avoid that (if it logs in to gather data or whatever)
afaik it is just 24h of waiting time to unblock ip
but every unsuccessful try (and in this case every try will be unsuccessful for obvious reasons) will reset the counter and possibly even increase the waiting time

I deactivated the website in the hope that its IP will be unblocked after there was no failed login for 24 hours...

Vacation?

More than 24 hours after shutting down my website and all the background-services I temporarely brought them back online and tried to login. Sadly the website's IP is still blocked.

As far as I know it’s 24h cumulative. So it was maybe 48h or more before your shutdown.

I was to make one also in english and polish language, before 2 years, but I stoped, because the IPwas blocked and Ramonymous was about to take his page off, forever.

Good for us that he reconsidered and decided to keep the site alive, for a smaller circle of users. (Ramonymous has also granted me some admin rights to allow U21/NT managers access to keep fair play, due to the NT scouting feature of his site - Now I have no plans to add new users as they can use your site)

Something I can say for now is that we are going to add interface to players.db from Mikoos.
